Utility - He represents the Missouri School Boards' Association in gas utility matters. He has also represented major industrial users in various electric and gas rate cases, intrastate pipelines on environmental and permitting matters, and wind energy groups on key renewable energy issues. He has served as counsel to Empire District Electric Company, a major provider of electric, gas and water service in the state. In addition, he served for many years as counsel to the Missouri Cable Telecommunications Association.
